Do I need to log into Facebook to add a pixel?

No. You don't need to log in to Facebook to add a pixel.

Why isn't my pixel tracking properly?

The Purchase event fires once per real order, not every time someone opens checkout or the thank-you page. To test, place a real order and check Events Manager.

What if the pixel shows more sales than I made?

The pixel is probably firing more than once. Check your theme, added scripts and other apps for duplicates.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In Shopify, go to Apps › Manage subscription. Need help? Contact support.

I got charged twice. How do I get a refund?
